    They worked some wonders up there. He's a miracle, but they worked miracles for him while he was there.
- Greg and Teresa Stine of Morgantown, whose 14-ounce premature son, Noah, spent seven months in the neonatal intensive care unit at WVU Hospitals, the smallest baby ever born at WVU to survive.
